Led by Director Kristy Holdcroft, who brings more than 25 years’ experience, and supported by Assistant Centre Manager Elleisha Miller, our educators focus on building strong, genuine relationships with children and families.
We believe learning happens best when children are given time - time to feel safe, to be encouraged, and to lead their own play. When children are engaged and happy, learning follows naturally.
Kayla is a dedicated and experienced lead educator with more than 10 years working in early childhood education. She brings a calm, nurturing presence to the Babies Room, building strong, trusting relationships as she supports each child’s early development, curiosity and growth.
Babies Room Lead Educator
Originally from Sweden, Ellen leads our Toddlers Room with a gentle, mindful approach to learning. With a love of yoga and wellbeing, she creates a calm, engaging environment that supports children’s social and emotional development while respecting each child’s individual learning journey.
Toddlers Room (2-3 years) Lead Educator
Zali is an experienced early childhood educator with a passion for learning through play. She thoughtfully balances child-led exploration with a gentle school-readiness program, encouraging independence, confidence and curiosity while ensuring every child’s voice and choices are valued.
3–5 Years Room Leader
Rocky is the heart of the service. Working across all rooms, she supports educators with programming time and breaks while building meaningful relationships with children and families throughout the centre. Her flexibility and warmth help keep our service running smoothly each day!
Float & Support Educator
Our Nursery Room offers infants up to 12 months a calm, nurturing environment for infants from birth to 12 months, supporting families seeking trusted early care in Bunbury. Educators provide gentle, responsive care, following each baby’s individual routines and building strong, reassuring relationships with children and parents.
2-3 years
Our Toddler Room supports children with a gentle balance of care, play and growing independence. In our calm, engaging spaces, toddlers are encouraged to explore, build confidence and develop early social skills at their own pace. Through play, routine and strong relationships, children feel secure, supported and free to discover the world around them.
